Join our Trauma-Sensitive Supervision Groups

Group Supervision for Non-Clinicians

Supervision is a common practice among clinicians, but rare in other fields. As more researchers and UX professionals face trauma-related challenges, supervision becomes essential. It helps prevent burnout, supports well-being, and ensures ethical practices.

Have you ever had a research participant become overwhelmed during a session? Join one of our supervision groups for support and reflection. You’ll have a space to talk through challenging moments and get guidance on how to manage them better from registered clinical professionals. Our groups offer a space to process your responses, share the emotional load, and learn strategies to handle difficult encounters with care and confidence.
