Hello and welcome. I’m Ayhan, and I’m glad you’re here to learn a bit about me. In a world that often feels fast-paced and overwhelming, I’m dedicated to creating a space where authenticity and connection are central. My passion for psychotherapy comes from a deep curiosity about the human experience, and I’m committed to supporting people like you through life’s challenges. What sets me apart is not only my comprehensive five-year MSc degree in psychotherapy but also my commitment to truly understanding each person I work with.
Since 2014, I’ve gained valuable experience through placements in the voluntary sector and the NHS, and since 2017, I’ve been practicing privately. My work has included co-editing Queering Gestalt Therapy and authoring A Practical Guide To Trauma-Sensitive Research, reflecting my commitment to advancing the fields of psychotherapy and research.
Outside of work, I enjoy simple pleasures like walks in nature, learning the piano, and revisiting my love for DJing, now purely for the joy of creating music.
